| The Automates Ki are operated and created by Maxime de la Rochefoucauld (aka Maxime Rioux). Over the past decade Maxime has been developing the System Ki in which his self-made percussive and melodic instruments operate on their own terms creating abstract and sporadic melodies and rhythms. Rioux is an internationally renowned sound artist who has to date released two albums featuring his automatons. Storyboard will proudly release his third full length recording, Orchestraki, this May which features collaborative efforts by People for Audio's Curtis Stone and Adam Fiore. |
