Paperless invoices - an ecological choice !

Sign up to My CoopTel to receive your monthly CoopTel invoice electronically. My CoopTel is a secure personal account, accessible via our Web site, that allows you to view your last 12 months of invoices as well as manage your personal profile. My CoopTel is simple, secure and environmentally friendly.

To subscribe to My CoopTel, simply fill out our subscription form. After subscribing, you will no longer receive a paper invoice. Instead, each month, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your current monthly CoopTel invoice is available.

CoopTel's electronic invoice is identical to the one you receive through the mail (it is in PDF format and can be opened by Acrobat Reader). You can keep your bills on your computer (an excellent way of filing your bills without filling up filing cabinets or desk drawers). You can, of course, print your bills.

N.B.

Receiving your invoices via e-mail is mandatory (for Internet and digital telephony subscribers), unless you choose to pay an additional monthly fee of in order to continue to receive your invoices via traditional mail.

Bills higher than expected ?

Your first bill will include fees for the first days of the portion of the month in question (calculated from the date of activation of service), as well as the fees for the first full month, plus taxes.

For example, the 512k Internet service (on special at $ 14.95/month + $ 5/month for modem rental) activated on December 13, would be billed as follows:

Billing for the period of December 13 to 31:
Internet Access	$ 9.16
Modem rental	$ 3.06
Sub-total	$ 12.22

 

Billing for the period of January 1 to 31:
Internet Access	$ 14.95
Modem Rental	$ 5.00
Sub-total	$ 19.95
Total	$ 32.17 + taxes
