To become a CoopTel member

A CoopTel client become a member by purchasing a (refundable) share at a cost of $ 10.
This share is registered in the member’s name and is non-transferable.

The share is added to the first client's invoice. By paying it, the client automatically becomes member. Therefore, the client profits of many benefits such as the member dividends and a right to vote at the annual General Assembly of the members.

Dividend

Dividends come from the surpluses earned by CoopTel. These are returned to the members according to the cooperative principle of sharing rewards.

The dividend is given to members (in the form of a credit on their CoopTel account) at the end of the fiscal year. The amount of the dividend is determined, each year, by the members gathered at the annual general meeting.

The dividend you receive is proportional to the amount of business that you carried out with CoopTel. Therefore, the more you use CoopTel’s products and services, the greater your dividend!
