COOPTEL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The tenth edition of the annual CoopTel Golf Tournament was held on August 10 at the Acton Vale Golf Club and was once again a great success. Warmed by long-awaited sunshine, 140 golfers playing Vegas, headed out on the course to enjoy samples of local products as well as a number of contests to test their skills… or lack thereof!! At the closing supper, at which numerous prizes were handed out, and which was attended by 180 guests, Patrice Dupont, President of CoopTel presented a cheque for $ 10,000 to Fondation des maladies du coeur du Québec, Estrie .

The sum of $ 10,000 handed out during the course of the evening represents the total profit from ticket sales and donations from participants and CoopTel sponsors.

Faultless organization and CoopTel’s partners, suppliers, sponsors and friends certainly account for the great success of the tenth edition of this event.
